I thought you were referring to the metformin post... whcih you used to send the comment. The post you are referring to is the "approach to repurposed......" the section on Glioblastoma. If you notice their is an asterisk next to invermectin and below the list there is another asterisk.. which expands on the role of ivermetin.. it should be a clear as mud.

I would take the entire 5 axis protocol.. plus all the extras. i would also consider metronomic chemotherapy.. low dose cyclophosphamide or cepecitbabine

We do not have any MD willing to assist with this so we are on our own, but he at least gets regular blood work so that is helpful. I believe we can get Metformin from All Family Pharmacy but I don’t know about propranolol and atorvastatin.
Just received doxycycline but I am unsure where to add that in relation to everything else.
The usual dose of metformin is 500mg to 1000mg twice a day. Either formulation is fine.

Wegovey and metformin can be taken together. Wegovy does NOT have the same anti-cancer effects of metformin.
4 mmol/ l is low. I would first reduce the dose of berberine and see what happens.
