I have various allergic reactions to EGCG, curcumin and berberine so I dont take them.
My version is 5,000iu D3 daily, K2 100mcg, alternating days of 12mg ivermectin, 100mg mebendazole, zinc, milk thistle extract and sildenafil 20mg 3x a day.
I eat a lot of grass fed beef, yams, blueberries, butter and EVOO. I also eat a variety of other good foods and some ice cream and beer. I am not trying to be perfect.
Exercise is biking 20-35 miles, 17-20mph, 3 days a week and one day a week of weight lifting. Everytime before I workout I do 40 pushups, 50 crunches, 10 squats, 5 lunges to warm up.
Thank You, Dr. Marik. I'll integrate this into the blog post I am composing.
It is notable that omega-3 fats are present in the milk, butter and cheese of grass fed cows, such as Kerrygold butter and Dubliner (cheddar type) cheese, which are widely available and taste very good.
Can you clarify please Dr Marik if you mean it's best not to start with all the items at once? Introduce gradually? My son had a clear scan in March after treatment for oesophageal adenocarcinoma so I want to help him prevent recurrence. Thanks.
I did not understand all of the biochemistry because of limited past study in the field of oncology. However the review and summaries of various Nutriceutical and Repurposed Medications was well organized and convincing. Thank you for your instruction. Dr John (John Kaplan, MD, Wildomar, CA)
