The word 'Controlled" in RCT means that the outcome is CONTROLLED by big pharma; they design the study (to achieve the end point they want) , the perform the study, they collect the data (and manipulate the data), the write up the study (usually ghost writers) and then they indirectly pay a big journal to publish their controlled study. ... that how RCT's are performed. To perform a true RCT costs millions. Furthermore, RCTs do not, do not replicate real life medicine. To complicate this discussion further, it is impossible to perform a RCT with multiple repurposed drugs and nutraceuticals; one would need about 10 different study arms which would be impossible; even an adaptive design would not work. The best we can hope for is observational studies, like the METRICS study.
You are correct. Fungi to invade the tumor microenviroment (myocbiome) and tend to cause chronic infection that potentiates the cancer.. The fungi DO NOT CAUSE the cancer. The scientific literature is absolutely clear on this issue.

As regards a clinician to help you directly my advice is to go to Google and query integrative physicians in your area. Then call each practice and ask them if they see cancer patients. While they may not be experts they can do the blood tests and other tests required and order the prescription meds. .. we have done this multiple times. You can tell them about my substack and that I would be happy to answer any questions they have. It is always best to have a clinician you can see face to face. Almost all integrative clinicians will spend time with their patients.

It can still be hard to see which comment Dr. Marik is responding to though, because he seems to often reply as a new comment rather than hitting "REPLY" underneath the comment to which he is replying. But putting them in "Oldest First" order helps me figure out which reply goes with which comment.

I do comment on the microbiome, esp in the most recent post. It is a balance of killing the cancer cells and the effect on the microbiome.
