Dr. Michael Greger says that if you pre-chop and hold the raw cruciferous vegetable for at least 30 minutes, you can cook it and retain the sulforaphane levels comparable to raw.

Alternately, by adding a few sprinkles of mustard powder or a little raw shredded cabbage to your cooked cruciferous vegetables, you will supply the enzyme myrosinase that was destroyed by cooking. By doing this, your cooked Brussels sprouts can make lots of sulforaphane.
A blender can crush very well and broccoli requires some extra fluid to do that effectively. As a pH between 4 and 6 is optimal, that would suggest addition of for instance tomatoes. Crushing is also a major issue for garlic to release allicin so a (cold) smoothie of broccoli, tomatoes and garlic could maximize the benefits. Unfortunately I don't have a chemistry lab to test / optimize that, measuring buildup of the required chemicals and the inevitable decay as function of time.
True, I even add black pepper, cayenne, annatto, ginger, curry and turmeric. But the major improvement is achieved by adding one or two Haas avocados. Frequently, red bell peppers as well.
I don't know if you can get Mexican avocado varieties there, but they grow yearly, and produce at different times of year, from late summer through November. If you grew from seed, each would be individual. Avocados contain a Rolodex of genetic information in each seed, and have markedly diverse expressions of it.
While available via import, it's unlikely many will do well. There's too little info on climatic adaptability of food crops and my experiments didn't give enough clues either. Imported hybrid tomatoes (Moreno) from the UK do well, borojo from the Amazonian jungle too whereas okra from the Panamanian coastal region is a failure. The experience from Tenerife (Spain) was that everything can grow there well, over four varieties of avocados, all kinds of plantains and bananas while growing brussels sprouts and cabbage wasn't an issue either: wild tomatoes were even growing near the beaches. Hence sunlight might be the primary issue as the island had no more than 2 weeks of rain / year and even during those weeks there was plenty of sunshine.
I have been a long time fan of the cruciferous vegetables for health. "Eat your broccoli" was a source of comedy for folks who did not know about isocyanates. Thanks for highlighting this cancer fighting food group that has suffered disdain in the past. Food is medicine, when used appropriately.

I dont know about natural methods to increase testosterone apart from testosterone replacement.
Physical exercise helps raise testosterone, and adequate vitamin-D levels enable muscle hypertrophy.
Any exercise program should be adapted to age, baseline fitness and cardiovascular status, of course.
